Sermon Manager - Greyed Out vs. Missing Weeks

Apologies if this has been addressed before, but is there a reason why some "skipped" weeks are missing entirely from my sermon manager window, while other weeks are greyed out?

Oftentimes, the window skips a week, like this:

Other times, it shows a greyed out week, like this:

I have no preference as to either approach, I would just like consistency. To my knowledge, the sermons/weeks don't have different metadata that would affect this, but I could be missing something.

This is in the "This Year" view only—viewing "All" removes all greyed out weeks.

    I have not heard back on this, nor have I heard back from support even though I emailed them 2+ weeks ago. Can anyone give me an answer to this?

    Jordan - I don't have an answer for you but I can tell you that the received wisdom is that emailing Customer Support is not the best way to get an answer.

    It is more productive to ring them. If you are not in the US then using Skype might be cheapest.
