The issue with the current Beta of macOS Sequoia was fixed, but things could have always been broken again in a new macOS Beta before v36 Beta 1 shipped. For what it's worth, my comment was tongue-in-cheek. Keeping up with OS changes is probably the biggest headache for developers. Logos is one of the most complex programs out there, and certainly the most complex program I use; your programming team has my deep respect.

Following up on Kevin's question - your screenshot shows you have the manuscript item selected. Select the lemma item, below that, and you should get what you are looking for

When I highlight the Greek words on the left, it gives me the Word Study option on the right. Is that what you are used to seeing?
