Features missing in Faithlife Connect

My Faithlife Connect is paid through November and we have been advised NOT to migrate from Connect to PRO

I don't want to wait 4 months when great features like INSIGHTS (v.34) and HELP CENTER (v.35) are being demonstrated on the Word by Word blog.  If these are not AI features, can they be released to those with Faithlife Connect active subscriptions who were promised it would continue to offer all the features of Faithlife NOW (an important "feature" of FN was immediate access to all [non AI] features.

Please honor those who bought into subscription model years ago!!

This is a very big frustration for me.  I am in agreement with your post.

Others have kept Connect and started Pro. But that would depend on your eligibility for the discount (i.e. owning L10 Full Feature) whilst FL are still working on the eligibility for Connect users. Either way, it is clear that FL are generating income for the new features.

We, the long-time SUBSCRIBERS (who were once promised early access to the latest features), are stuck and left behind!

I don't understand why this needs to take so much longer...

It is difficult for Connect users, but the only statement from Mark Barnes is "later in the year". Lots of number crunching going on....

There is an irony here... the subscription launched years ago as Logos Now. With the value proposition that you could subscribe to gain early access to features, be one of the first.

So, I get it... lots and lots of legacy products to work through, the consultation that has been going on, etc., but it is ironic it seems those of us who have subscribed for years are being asked to be patient as we pay for two subscriptions now. [:S]

Even the unused 'credit' from our Faithlife Connect subscriptions that will get transferred is being consumed every month while we wait. Again, ironic.

I do hope that Logos recognises in their number crunching the legacy subscribers who have not only bought in many cases the full feature sets, but have subscribed for years and years now.

    pay for two subscriptions now

Yes, Donovan. Or for those who follow their advice and not pay for two subscriptions, being locked out of ALL the new features (cloud/AI or not) for months. Just be patient.

I'm really annoyed when companies prioritize new customers/subscribers over their multi-year (or multi-decade) loyal customers who helped get them where they are today. Mobile phone carriers do that a lot.

Mark/Bill, this is really not right!
