I tried doing a search in the King James Version for "sent them away" and it will not allow me to click on page 2 of the results.

What are you doing a search from? I presumed you were doing a search for the words in Bible Search and set the searched source to "The King James Version" but I am not getting more than a few dozen hits and nothing close to two pages. Could you provide a screen shot? (The last one you provided was a bit on the small side. If you could zoom in a bit to the important part that would be nice.
Hence my mistake, I was trying to do a "Basic" search, forgot to change it to "Bible." But here is the picture, since perhaps a bug needs to be fixed in Basic search.
Provided I understand what your aims are, and the inability to click page 2 notwithstanding, I would advise performing your search in Bible search if you are trying to focus on finding those words together in the King James version. With that said once I am able, I will try to reproduce your experience.

Forgive me if this should be the beginning of another thread, but once you have done a Bible search, such as depicted above, is there presently any way to copy all of the verses at once and paste them into a document?

You could directly copy and paste them from where you see them, or you can put in more than one citation at a time through copy bible verses.
I was able to reproduce the issue, and fix it. The fix will be available in Alpha 21.
