Web App: the middle ones are both shortcuts for "Abraham's Journey". The RHS is COED.

"Jasher" and "PeaceM" are Personal Books.

FSD and "Update active layout" are missing.

Do named layouts apply to the web?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Those two may not apply to the Web App.

But I'm interested to know where the shortcuts come from as I did not apply any to the Web App.

Also, the shortcut name appears when dragged!

I'm not sure what the bug you're reporting here, Dave.

Some types of shortcuts don't show up on the Web App (because they don't apply). This is a feature, not a bug.

When the application toolbar is set to top on the web app, shortcut labels are not visible.

The web app also does not support changing labels, shortcut folders, or custom images. There is no reason why these things can't exist, they have just not been prioritized over everything else.

If these features are important to your user of the web app, we greatly value that kind of feedback.

The middle shortcuts are duplicates of "Abraham's Journey".

The shortcut labels could be visible on hover with the app toolbar on top.
