I heard someone today say the Apostles’ Creed is the Creed of creeds and they referred to this statement coming from :Liuwe H. Westra, Brooke F. Westcott and Phillip Schaff. I tried searching in Google Books and in Logos but cannot find the original statement. I have spent about an hour on this hunt.

EDIT. I think I found it in a limited preview on Amazon in Philip Schaff, The Creeds of Christendom, with a History and Critical Notes: The History of Creeds (New York: Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1878) while doing a cited by search in Google Scholar. I do not have the page number and do not own the resource. Can someone who owns this source find the page number for me?
I know I should be able to access it free of charge but the book on Google Books does not work. It only loads a blank page. I have tried to find it elsewhere and am still looking.
