Which software are you referring to? Have you installed the Logos mobile app on your phone?

I've just checked on my Android phone and it worked fine. I understand you require the actual ESV Bible for this to work - do you have that in your Logos library?

its called ESV Hear the word Audio Bible. Yes I have the Logos mobile app downloaded. I purchased the software through the site but it does not show in my library on my mobile app after I purchased it

Within the app it seems to be referred to as English Standard Version Audio. Do you see something what that name?

Possibly also available through the ESV Bible. Open the Bible, go to book info, and there should be a button called "media download" or similar. That should allow you to download the audio files.
