Question about Links to Books in the Cloud

I'm reading the Corinth entry in the Lexham Bible Dictionary and there are links to Perseus books in the article. However, these links are giving a "No books found that contain this reference." message. I've off-loaded the Perseus books to the cloud, but I seem to remember there used to be some indication that a book was not downloaded, and I would get the option to either download it or to open it in the web app. I rarely come across links to Perseus books, so my memory is vague here, but I don't remember ever seeing this unhelpful message in the past. How do you tell you that you own a linked book but that it's not currently downloaded? I'm really confused.

If you tried to open Descriptions of Greece, I think it would give you the option to download it [here is the link]. But since it is not indexed on your computer, Power Lookup will not find it. It would be in Logos's best interest to follow that up with a cloud search, telling you if an online book has it or if there is a book you can buy that has it but - alas and alack - it does not.

That's the real problem - I can't open the book unless I go to my library, search for it, and download it from there.

That would certainly be ideal. I don't know the Perseus books by sight, so I have no idea what I have or don't, and it's a waste of time searching my library for individual books I may or may not have. Anyway, as I'm not prepared to download over 800 books just on the off chance I'll come across Perseus references, my work around is to just read the article from the mobile app; there, the links work perfectly fine.

That is a clunky method and needs to be revamped.
