Greyed out "Factbook Tags" Section in Information Window
Hi folks ...
I've clicked on "Philippi" in Philippians 1:1 to populate the Information window in L10, and I notice the "Factbook Tags" section remains greyed out.
The Help file for Information window doesn't mention "Factbook Tags" as a section, so I'm wondering if this has been left behind accidentally?
The "Philippi" Factbook tag is covered under the "Other References" section, so not sure what "Factbook Tags" is meant to do.
So what is Factbook Tags section for? Is this another glitch like my "Power Lookup" glitch in another thread?
Thanks
Richard

Being grayed out simply indicates there is no data. Factbook Tags everywhere refers to the Factbook tags that are added by users -- or by Logos in automated but incomplete tagging.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Yes but I don't think that's the issue Richard is raising here.
There is a Factbook tag associated with the word Philippi in that verse, and this is shown (as he mentions) in the Other References section of the Information Tool.
So if the Factbook Tags section is doing anything I would have expected that tag to show up in it

He is showing one of the complete taggings of Factbook data not one of the manually added Factbook tags that appear in a separate section in Factbook and Information. The standard complete taggings of Factbook data has always appeared independently in Other.

Richard, I agree that this is arguably a bug. I have opened a ticket so we can look into this further.

At least get the documentation corrected

@Graham - Out of curiousity, which version of Logos are you running here? It is not web or beta, because it does not have the new dynamic resource toolbar, but it has the new Factbook page layout.
