Occasional loss of functionality
I'm on Android (latest) along with version 35 of Logos.
On occasion, the buttons on the bottom stop working. What I mean is that pressing them does nothing. Exiting Logos and restarting has always helped it recover, but that's not ideal. Sometimes, other actions might help it recover, too (like switching the book I'm looking at, pressing things on the top menu, etc.), but this is not usually effective. In addition, a long press on a word will also stop doing anything at all. In a few instances, long pressing a word unceremoniously crashed Logos. These two problems may happen at the same time, but I'm not sure.
I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar experience. This has been going on for me for at least a couple months, so it was not introduced with version 35.

Yes, mine does this. It's very annoying. I only notice it when in tablet mode.

I would appreciate it very much if you could send us logs the next time you experience this problem.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the More icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap "About".
4. Press “Report a Problem”.
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark it "Attention: Joe". Press “Send” to send your report.We can then investigate further.

I will sure try. The problem will be that the problem I reported is the inability to do anything by tapping the icons, including the More icon. But perhaps it'll recover and I can do this. If so, I hope by this point, it'll give you the information you seek.

If you are able to restart the app and then send logs, we should still be able to see the information recorded before you restarted the app.
Only if you re-install the app will previous logs be wiped out.
