Problem with Export to Word and Copy to Clipboard
I have not been able to export a sermon to MS Word in a VERY long time (maybe a year or more). I have been using the copy to clipboard feature as a work around. This is anoying but workable.
For last two weeks, when I do this, the formatting changes and requires A LOT of work to make it useable. Line spacing is gone, parapraphs are off, prompts don’t indent, block qoutes for sides lose their formatting, font color is gone. Help a frustrated pastor please.
I am using a Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1 and Logos Pro with Logos 10.

Which specific version of the engine are you running? What specific version of Word are you running?
I don't use this feature, but these are initial troubleshooting questions.

Hi Rachel - and welcome to the forums

Do you mean you aren't able to export at all - or that there are some sort of issues with the resulting export after you have done so?
I've just tried (using the same version of Sonoma and Logos) and it worked fine for me.

Hi Graham,
Thanks for responding.
I can't export at all. I get an "error code 609. Microsoft Word got an error: Connection is invalid." (This image below is the error report that is generated). When that showed up I could use copy to clipboard and paste it into a Word document. Now when I do that, all of the formatting is gone.
I feel like there is a setting somewhere that got changed, but I do no know what it would be.

When you try the export are you selecting the option to Send to new document or Paste to open document?
Does trying the other option give different results?

I have tried both and neither work.
