Either their subscription model isn’t quite ready for prime time, or their Logos 10 exit sale didn’t hit the mark they expected. Whatever the reason, it’s another chance for anyone who missed out!

Or as Mark indicated yesterday, staff convinced management that they were not yet ready to support a rollout. Too many didn't know how to answer questions, the change in procedures, etc. Mark indicated that this was a major shift throughout the company not just a handful of departments/people.

Possibly a combination of all three...

Some holding back from buying without the information to do so

Some speaking up to that fact and asking Logos to extend the sale

And

Logos hearing, recognizing and responding to the problem.
