What is a good book or books in Logos Bible Software that applies Social Identity Theory to the New Testament or the Gospel of John? I have not read anything on the topic yet. I am trying to find the major scholars and I did use ChatGPT. It said Henri Tajfel and his colleagues developed SIT in the 1970s. Tajfel's research on categorization and social perception was integrated with his interest in explaining discrimination and prejudice. I want to find any applications to the New Testament. I do not think social identity theory is the same as the social context of the New Testament. I searched Logos for these to find anything but very scarce.

Step back and think about it. You do not expect to find "Social Identity Theory" in the same sentence as "Gospel of John" OR "John's Gospel" OR "New Testament". You expect to find "Social Identity Theory" in text about the Gospel of John. If that distinction is not automatic to you, I'm not sure I'm the person to help you learn the search.
