Pronunciation tool -- loss of functionality
The pronunciation tool drop-down menu used to offer choices for Erasmian and Modern Greek. Now (version 36.0.733), the only option is Koine-era pronunciation. I assume this is a bug. There is a new menu entry for English Factbook Entries. I'm not sure why someone would want to hear that list of entries in English, even if they weren't native English speakers.

Hm. I'm running the same Logos version you named, and I'm seeing three ways of Greek pronunciation - as well as the English Factbook entries. All four of them work.
Edit: May it be possible a subscription has run out on you or you returned a higher level Feature Set / Base Package? I haven't checked the details but presumably the pronunciations require some feature level

hm - not sure how you manage to get those entries half in UI language English, half in UI language German in the same screenshot. Both languages show them correctly for me.

I definitely do. Windows 11, to be precise.

I reached out to tech support. This is their response:
"due to multiple issues, the resources Greek Lemmas Erasmian and Greek Lemmas Modern have been permanently removed."
I'm not entirely convinced of that since it is working for some people. And why would they abandon the two most common pronunciation systems because of some bugs?
I've never had any issues with this tool until this week. I've used all three Greek pronunciation systems. And the addition of "English Factbook Entries" makes absolutely no sense. In my case, when that option was added, the two other Greek pronunciation systems disappeared.

Factbook English is not new and I have all the OL lemma types, except that Logos 36 (not Verbum 36) insists on half having German titles.
We need to hear from FL.

Apologies, this is a bug with the licenses for these pronunciations. It should be a server-side fix for us, so hopefully, we can get it fixed relatively quickly.

Thanks, Mark. I'm glad to hear the information I received from customer service was incorrect.
As long as you are fixing this issue, I want to ask about the "English Factbook Entries" option. I can't imagine why anyone would want to hear Factbook entries pronounced in English. I'd be happy if that item disappeared from view. I used to only see five items in the drop-down menu.

There are a bunch of people's names that many people find difficult to pronounce...

That's a new one to me. I presume this issue has survived a restart?

Some resources have localized titles. When a resource is added to your library, it is added with a title in whatever language your UI is set to. Is it possible that you were running in German at the time (probably a long time ago) when those pronunciation datasets were added?
If so, the only solution to this currently is do delete your library catalog and allow it to be recreated.

It is possible, but the title have now reverted to English.
