Customizable Guides

When I create a customized guide, why can I not pull sections from all categories?  For instance, if I select "Bible Reference" from the "Kind" dropdown menue, it only gives me individual sections from the exegetical guide and passage guide.  But if I change the dropdown to "Word" it does not keep the sections I just added, but starts over.  I would like to pull from all of the individual sections to make the guide with the all of the sections I want.

If this is possible, and I am doing something wrong, please help.

Also, why can we not use the guides we customize on the web app?  I would like to be able to pull up the one I create when I am away from my main computer.

Thanks everyone

Bible reference sections are based on bible references while those in the bible word study are based on words or lemmas. So the reference box needs to match the custom guide. You can use word by word as a replacement for most of what the BWS provides.

I do not know about the web app and plans going forward.

It looks like Word by Word is indeed the key to see the other things I wanted.  Although, it would seem easy to just let all individual sections available for custom guides.  What would it hurt?

Now, if they would just give me access to my custom guide in the web app...

    Thanks!

It is logically impossible. Each guide depends upon a particular piece of information to tell it what information it is to display the results for - a bible passage, a preaching theme, a lemma ... within a guide you can only add sections that can work off the same key information.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
