PBB Milestone overlapping

I'm creating a Personal book of catholic catechism for malayalam language.

In the beginning of the book on the English version I can see that it includes Fidei Depositum, Fidei Depositum 1, Fidei Depositum 2 etc.. till 4 then page 6 and 7. After that it starts CCC 1, CCC 2 etc.

If I right click on the CCC 1 only one reference will be shown in English version.

When I created PB and right clicked on CCC 3 it shows Fidei Depositum 4  and  CCC 3.. How do I show only CCC 1? Is there an opening and closing option for milestones.

For example I don't need Heading of CCC 4 when i right click CCC 3 reference as in above .

I used this [[@papalDocuments:Fidei Depositum 4]] milestone for Fidei Depositum 4 and

[[@CCC:1]] for CCC

No. I would create a dummy milestone that will ensure that a search of the last valid FD milestone (Fidei Depositum 4) does not incorporate text in the CCC milestones  i.e.  create a milestone  [[@papalDocuments:Fidei Depositum 5]] which will not be visible in the text.

As a guide to formatting, try to keep your styles consistent  e.g. at FD 4, you start with Emphasis and the switch to Normal (Web).

Thank you Dave for the reply. Sorry to respond this late i didn't turn on email notification on the post.

The problem with creating a dummy one is that, now CCC milestones are incorporate into [[@papalDocuments:Fidei Depositum 5]]. I tried adding that to the end of Fidei Depositum 4 and before CCC 1 too. Same result.

Also can you please explain the next one about formatting of Fidei Depositum 4. What do you mean by emphasis and switching to normal?

That problem will remain, but a dummy FD 5 will prevent text from CCC milestones being included in search results for FD 4.

Examine Style in Word (e.g. Home > Styles) and you will see that the text after the milestone is Emphasis instead of Normal (Web).

Oh ok. I understand. Looks like i will have to remove the milestones of PapalDocuments completely since that problem will remain.

Examine Style in Word (e.g. Home > Styles) and you will see that the text after the milestone is Emphasis instead of Normal (Web).

I added emphasis in the text because the hard copy of the book had italics as the emphasis for that text if you are talking about the text after FD 4 milestones.

Thank You for your input Dave.
