Logos 10, platinum version, the sermon builder tool and the sermon manager unavailable!
hi i am using Logos 10, platinum version, the sermon builder tool and the sermon manager tool both are unavailable. How is that posssible? I have prepared a 2 sermons and now i cant access them because the tool is unavailable.

That seems very strange - are you using the same login details as you always have?
If yes, you probably need to contact Logos Support as they will be able to see details of your account. We can't do that, as fellow-users, here.

Hi, graham, i am using the same email address and i even changed my password. the strange thing is, i received an email from Logos yesterday saying i have started a free trial, whereas i never opted for it. (when i check on the website i see that the platinum package is owned) It wouldn't make sense for me to go for a free trial, but i dont know why they sent me that email. Is it because of this that i cannot access the sermon builder and editor?

From what you have said I would find that unlikely - but I do think it is worth you contacting support and seeing if they can advise.
