Power lookup/open reference book change?

I don't know if I missed a change notice or accidentally changed a setting or if I am just doing such different tasks. But often when I click on a reference the Power Lookup panel pops up rather than the resource the reference is in. What am I doing/is the app doing?

This has been the expected behavior for as long as I can remember when you attempt to look up a reference that is not found as a milestone in any of the books you have downloaded. Could that be the case? If not, can you provide an example of exactly where you are clicking on a reference.

That makes sense - the links were to grammars, something I rarely do. Thanks.
