Copy Bible Verse Crashes

I have reported this to the tech support folks, but I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing a similar problem.
When I first installed L4, Copy Bible Verses worked as it is intended. Now, however, whenever I attempt to open the CBV panel, L4 crashes. As a result, I have no access to this feature.

No problem here! I trust the Support people got some diagnostic logs of your crash?

Yes. Support has log copies.

Please post your logs here, too, and I'll take a look.

Can't use the Copy Bible Verses tool at all on the desktop version. My laptop version seems to be OK. I have windows 7 on the desktop and XP on the laptop.
My crash text file is attached. This happens only on my home desktop and NOT on my laptop. Both have Logos 4 installed.
After LOGOS training in Monument, CO I was expecting all my settings and views to be transferred to my desktop via the Logos system. Not so.
They seem to be operating separately. I have removed some books on my laptop version...and they are still on the desktop version???

I assume that Use Internet = YES on both machines? Try the command Sync Now.

Thanks for your comments Dave. Even though it was NOT easy to find on the LOGOS website, I reinstalled everything after removing the program and deleting the logos4 folder in Win 7. After everything reinstalled and indexed, it is now working fine.
