I'm hoping Mark Barnes, Natalie Winburn, and/or Taylor Blomquist can answer my question. That's based on these forum posts, respectively:

... as well as all the emails that I have received.
I tried to raise my concern here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/225713.aspx , but I got no direct replies from Logos.
I suppose the shortest version of my question is in the subject line: Can one account have a Logos Pro and a Logos Max subscription?
I'm asking because today (Oct 7) I was charged for my Faithlife Connect Essentials (FCE) subscription renewal to Logos Pro (early access) (LP).
That doesn't make sense to me because on Sep 6 i was charged for my explicit subscription to Logos Max (early access) (LM). Based on everything I've read, LP and LM are different tiers in the new subscription model and thus mutually exclusive.
So I called customer support, and the representative tried to convince me that it is possible for my single account (i.e. my email address) to have both subscriptions. I wasn't convinced and asked to speak to a supervisor, but one wasn't available.
What's going on here? What's the right answer? Even if a single account can have 2 subscriptions, what advantage would there be?
I need clarification on how this these subscriptions are supposed to work before I push harder to try to get the resolution I think I ought to get.
Thanks.
