Bible re-formatting

I duplicated my NIV Bible tab and reformatted it so that it did not have chapter or verse numbers, notes, pericopes, etc.

Then, I went back to my other NIV tab that I had not changed, and it took on all of the changes I had just made.

Is it possible to reformat one Bible the way I want without it affecting the others? And pulling that reformatted one whenever I want?

No. Duplicates are not independent of each other.

No. Duplicates are not independent of each other.

However, if the reformat is for export purposes 'Copy Bible Verse' might be a solution.

No, and even worse, if you go to all the trouble to format and then save as a Layout, then later change the formatting in a different (or no) Layout, the old Layout format will not exist when you re-open the saved Layout. IOW, it won't save formatting when a Layout is saved.

That's a major malfunction in the software, IMO.
