Serial Numbers for Logos 4 Upgrade

I just purchased an upgrade on Logos 4 from Scholars library to Scholars Gold. My Logos 3 version which I also run is now asking me to to enter in some serial numbers for the new product. I didn't receive any serial numbers when I purchased the upgrade by DVD, My Logos 4 is currently doing a download, but I don't have any serial numbers to enter. Can you please help me?

With L3 you can Shift-Click on the words "Serial Number" and hit the
"Delete" button that appears.

With L4 it is best to speak with Customer Service and let them check your account.

For Libronix, if you do as Dave suggested, that will remove the request for the Serial Number, which should also prevent Logos 4 from asking for the Serial Number as well. However, if Logos 4 is still asking for a Serial Number, open Logos 4, hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and the "Later" button should turn to "Never". Select "Never" and Logos 4 should go through the process of downloading the books that belong to the collection it was asking for the Serial Number for. If that does not work, let me know and I will look into this more for you.
