This THREAD was never properly followed up on. The issue remains in the current beta.

Hmmm. Ok. now for me at least the menus are searchable, but the mess of Logos is going on. Why is there two Help menu?
Bring them to the menu on top. As all others have.
Accordance is the most crashy software I have ever used. Except the ones I have never got to run.
Logos is the most messy software I have ever used. Nothing compares to them.
I can say you why I don't listen to most of the christian music. They are not professional enough.
Fabian, you're funny. I've never crashed Accordance. Verbum yes. Recently.
And, the two helps are a Libby tradition. Three Libby searches. That's what they do.

Oh the transition from the 32bit app to the 64bit app was the hell. 11.0.6 to 11.1. I know I do always uncommon things and pushing the system to the limits. May I should get paid for being a beta tester.
I've never crashed Accordance.
When Logos 4 Mac launched, I crashed it every day. It was the buggiest piece of software on my computer. When I fussed about it on these forums and posted many, many logs, I was told it must be something with my setup. Then I would respond, "Why aren't other apps crashing?" I decided that I was not paying to be a beta tester and relied primarily on Accordance. Fast-forward to today. Logos is much, much more stable. I rarely crash it.
Now, since version 14, Accordance has taken first prize in being the buggiest and most problematic piece of software I own. Hands down. It has been nearly two years now. The last few times I opened it to do something, it crashed. I rarely open it.
The passive-aggressive attitude at Accordance from management toward users, including bans and deletions of threads, suppression of open discussion, and deafening silence on consumer promises that they have made and have not fulfilled, is shocking. It took me a long time to finally say I had had enough and stopped spending money on it. I don't like paying to be a beta testor.
Some of the most ardent supporters have disengaged and are actively discouraging new users from buying it. I honestly don't know how they are going to stay in business. It is almost as if they are in self-destructive mode, as they are completely disconnected from how their support base views how the new owner runs the business. You can't make this kind of story up.
This is sad because it was a brilliant piece of software, and we have lost a lot of competition in the premium Bible software space. I hope that as Logos transitions to this new model under a new investor, it can satisfy scholarly and advanced studies while making the product more accessible to a broader market.
Ok ... that explains it. I didn't upgrade to Accordance14. The offer seemed ... well ... a lot like the Logos subscription ...... promises.
I don't say Logos don't crash. I have a lot of random crashes. The problem at Logos is, they only want "their" crash logs, and not what the Mac produces. But I only got the one from the Mac.

To address not getting Logos logs, you could enable diagnostic logging as per https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files#tab-macos-logging
I always copy the Apple crash notice, paste it into a Text Edit document and upload it to the forum along with the Logos Logging Utility file. A Logos tech thanked me for that file, as it provides information not available in the Logos logs.

I'll write up a case.
Thanks Adam!
