Will those of us on early access see any surprises during the big announcement or have we seen everything that’s coming already?
There will be surprises. They have already deviated from the typical release cycle. I'm not saying the surprises will be huge, but there will be something for sure. Personally, I'm interested in taking a closer look at the libraries.
I have registered for the online event, but the invitation email only came with an .ics file, which can only be opened with Outlook and not Gmail.
Does anyone know / Can anyone share the meeting details for Oct 21, e.g. the online link to watch the event?
I added it to my Calendar and this is all that is in it:
You’re all set! We’ll still remind you right before the big event, but you’ll want to click here <https://www.logos.com/future-of-logos> to join us.

You can import an ics file into Google Calendar. Here are instructions if interested: https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37118?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
Not 'early access'-specific, but one of the recent launches, I think it was the last one (2022), came with a 'first oeder only' double discount on base packages. No guarantees, of course, but keep an eye on the Forum, as that is where Phil announced the deal a day or two before launch. I'm not sure if there were other media on that announcement.
Is there a specific link that I missed to join the event for those who have registered?
In the calendar action you get back as a registration response there is a link but it goes back to the registration page. I posted it above. There is also text saying another email will come prior to the launch. It seems to infer that we will be able to watch the launch at the registration page.

That's what I was also thinking; I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something because I deleted the emails I got after registering without looking at them.
I live in the Pacific Time time zone, where this will be live at 6:00 AM. Being retired, I don't set an alarm that early unless I have something truly compelling. If this will be recorded for later viewing, that's good enough for me.
Does anybody know whether this will be recorded for later viewing? West-coasters want to know....
I'm also in the Pacific time zone, so I understand not wanting to be up 6 am. Which is why we will be recording the event. You'll be able to find it on logos.com shortly after the event is over. As Justin presumed, it will also be available to watch on social media. However, we will be giving a way a lot of free stuff during the event, so I'd encourage you to consider it .
