Necessary vs. Unnecessary Things
Hello
I know BW was always pride of and has included this too.
But what cares is a Shortcut-Key to jump to the next hit.
There is no Command+G or so.
If I hover over there is also no shortcut-key given.
We have in German the term "Betriebsblind". Means, you are so long in the company and has done so long the workflow in this manner, you don't see there would be a better way to do it. For this case it is good to have new employees, who questions the existing workflow. In the case of Bible software: listen to what users say which comes from another Bible software.

May I add?: And so do nothing to fix it, often, when the problem is pointed out.
As an extension of this excellent term, I invented the word 'akwardization,' which means a quick, 3rd rate fix that only partially works. This fix is left in place, + so becomes part of the problem.

Good word I like it. Even more with the explanation.
This is similar or not as bad as the German word "verschlimmbessert". Means, you fixed it, but it is even worse than before. This has happend to the new Resource Toolbar. If you do a search, you have to change the tab to jump through the hits. The ergonomic is worse than before. For every action you have to take the mouse or the trackpad.

East of Eden is where my job lay. I was out on the floor talking to a machine guy, when I noticed he was doing something different. He said the new way was management's solution. But really, it solved nothing he said.
Three guys did shift work on this machine. This guy was the best communicator regarding an issue and its solution. I asked him if the bosses had come to him on what to do. He answered, 'Nope.' So,now, the work was verschlimmbessert.
I use L8, so have no new tool bar. I feel bad for those of you who have a poorer work flow from Logos's 'improvement.'
The best to you, Fabian, in encouraging Logos to redo the Toolbar properly.

Which version is the first to contain the new toolbar?

The shortcut key for these is Command+Shift+Up/Down. I am surprised that you do not see the tooltip on the stepper buttons with the shortcut.
In addition, we will be adding stepper buttons to the search tab in an upcoming release.

Thanks Nick.
New start and now the tooltip are there. I had no tooltip at all.

I don't understand why we have to loose functions (Functions we use every day.) in an update. You used to be able to right click the book-chapter-verse reference and copy it. Now when you right click it all you get is, "this reference is active". Duh, how useful is that information?

I haven't ever seen this, would you share a screenshot where you see it?
For me, the right-click menu hasn't changed much from prior versions:
Have joy in the Lord!
