Bug: Portuguese base packages have no discount for products owned

I have noticed that the (dynamic) prices of the portuguese 2025 libraries are significantly higher than those in other tiers. It turns out none of the portuguese libraries offer a discount for products that I already own. About 80% of the books included in the Biblioteca Colecionador 2025 are already in my (Logos/Verbum 10) library:
The higher price on the left is the one that I see when I am logged in. Even with the smaller 15% discount for existing customers this price should be lower than the one on the right.
