Sorry for adding to the noise, but unsure how to proceed with new Subscription model...
I watched the recently released presentation, and have browsed some threads. However, it is unclear how I will be effected by the various paths forward. First, let me be clear that I do not intend to subscribe.
I have a vast collection of about 6k resources, which have been amassed over many years. I currently have Logos 10. I understand that I will retain my resources, no matter what (unless Logos goes under because the subscription model fails and they can no longer support the infra, and I lose access to all my paid for resources because of DRM, but I digress... 
).
If I upgrade to the new release but as a non-subscriber, do I gain any features? Do I lose any features?
If I remain on Logos 10, will I continue to receive updates? I imagine there must be an EOL for it, where it will no longer receive updates, security fixes, etc.?
If someone could lay out a balanced explanation, without bias towards one option or the other, that would be appreciated.

You retain the features you currently own. You neither lose nor gain any.

You will receive basic maintenance updates and bug fixes to ensure your Logos software will run smoothly into the future. Logos features do not really have an EOL, but it is of course possible that certain features will be deprecated over time.0 -

The email notification I received for your response contained the following, which you appear to have redacted: "You cannot upgrade to the new release as a non-subscriber."
Is this true, or was it removed as erratum?

I removed it because it occurred to me that the statement is confusing. It is true as I meant it to be understood, but not necessarily as others would understand it to mean. The point is that your version of Logos will receive updates and stay current. Logos has made clear that there will not be multiple versions of the software. If you have more specific questions I can certainly do my best to try to answer them.

I think we are on the same page. The only way to get the newest release of Logos is to be a paying subscriber. My current Logos 10 installation will continue to get updates for the foreseeable future.

Yes, though it would be more precise to say that the only way to get the newest features of Logos is to be a paying subscriber. Your current Logos installation will continue to stay updated and current. That will never change, because it will never become an old, outdated version. It will simply lack every feature released after your Logos 10 purchase. These features would be unlocked in the same version of Logos that you use if you ever were to subscribe in the future. This holds true for the free version of Logos as well. It's the same version as the subscription, but without the paid features.0 -

If you check your application's About page, you will see that you aren't actually running Logos 10. We moved away from the old numbering system a while ago in order to make it clear that all users are now running the same version of the software. The only difference between a subscriber and someone who is not subscribed will be in which features in the application are enabled.
If you do not subscribe, you will still be able to receive all application updates normally. All of the features you had access to before, you will still have access to.
