When I open the “Power lookup” tool, nothing appears in the window. No matter what I select or click on in the Bible text, nothing is displayed. Is this behavior the same for you?

This is the same for me. Are you on macOS (which I am)?

On  a monograph such as Pollice, Lucas R. Open Wide the Doors to Christ: Discovering Catholicism. Steubenville, OH: Emmaus Road Publishing, 2013. it appears to work. What resource & reference is it failing on? i.e. are the footnotes, cross-references, etc. to show for the passage?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Make sure that the Link Set in the Power Lookup tool is set to Follow (this option will be found in the panel menu).

My Power Lookup seems to still work without issue. I am not a subscriber and also keep Power Lookup as part of my Link Set, as mentioned by Andrew. Running Version 37 on Windows 11
