BUG: Can't jump by Verse or Chapter in Web app

I can't navigate up and down one verse or chapter at a time in a bible in the web app. It only allows me to move by article.

I thought it was just a glitch so I refreshed the web page. While the page is loading it shows 'Verse' initially, but then it switches to 'Article' and when I click the drop down there's no option to select verse or chapter.

    I see the same behavior, on both the regular web app and the beta.

    The web app has never had that feature. When we built the new toolbar, we made the tactical decision to focus only on updating the UI for the first pass, without adding any new missing functionality. (I realize that from a user perspective, "missing functionality" isn't any different from "broken functionality." This is one of a hundred things that's missing from the web app, which we will have to consider prioritizing.) 

    The fact that it displays "Verse" on initial load is a bug though, which I've noted.
