Resize windows with web app

Am I missing somethin? I see to be unable to resize windows while using the web app with my iPad. Is this not possible or is it just me?

    there are a lot of things that the web app cannot do. But it is pretty amazing that it can do as much as it does.

    I just tried on both Mac and iPadOS Safari and was unable to resize windows. I don't think I have ever seen that as a feature of web. However: There is a "layouts" button which allows for different configurations and sizes.

    Looks like clicking layouts option will give me the desired view. Many thanks
