Looking into the book's front matter, it was published by IVP UK, not IVP US, so maybe that's the reason it is restricted for some.

Something feels wrong if it's not available in the US or UK (I believe they have an Australian arm too) - especially given IVP are predominantly based in those 2 countries and given this resource appears to be published by the UK division.
I don’t believe that will make any différence. what determines whether a resource is available to you or not is the address used in your billing details.

I gave this theory a test - I tried not being logged in at all and the book still says unavailable in every region I tried.... Other books are available
