BUG: Insert Media Icon and function not appearing in some Logos Pro and MAX accounts

Although I previously had this feature in my Faithlife Connect subscription is it not showing in my Logos Max subscription.

In a discussion initiated by another Logos User Graham Criddle Uploaded a screenshot of his Logos with the button showing and as you can see in the screenshot of mine, in the above thread, it is not. I cannot see any setting that would control this and the Logos training document clearly shows the button and how to use the feature.

If you want a reply from Logos rather than the other users of the forum it is more productive to pick up the phone and speak to customer services. Not being in the United States of America I use Skype to keep the cost down.

If anyone else has this problem, you should know that in the thread where the discussion came up, Bradley from Logos has responded. Hopefully, something will come of it in the near future.

I've alerted the team that there may be a problem with the licensing for this feature in our subscriptions.

Public service announcement: This issue has now been resolved.

This feature was mistakenly left out of the Pro subscription. It's now available for all subscribers.
