Some clarification on pagination
Is the "old" way of displaying pages gone? Previously the page number was inserted in the actual page you were reading.
Now, the page number is located in the top left corner under the name of the book.
Is that right?

HOWEVER, I have a book opened. A Tidy Faith: Systematic Theology from a Reformed Baptist Perspective.
A Tidy Faith: Systematic Theology from a Reformed Baptist Perspective | Logos Bible Software
On page ?????. I can't see page numbers. On the toolbar I see formatting/emphasize/corresponding words etc., but no option for pagination.
In the below, you see Grudem's page (left panel) numbering (344). Even the 344 is on that page before the Word 'God.' On the right you see, A Tidy... but with no pagination in the upper left box where a page number should be.
There is no page number in that box.
No page number within the text.
I have to go dark mode to see the page box itself. Once I get out of dark mode, I can no longer see that box.

Not all books in Logos have page numbers. Ebook editions, like that book, usually don't.

Bernhard is right. For clarification: Most Logos Edition resources do have page numbers. Ebooks are auto converted, so no one manually goes in and adds page numbers. Logos edition resources which DON'T have page numbers are more likely to be things like dictionaries.

Fair enough. But when systematic theologies and other resources that have fairly extensive footnoting, wouldn't FL bump these from Ebooks to research editions?
Who makes that call to go from a naked book to a fully dressed one? FL? The author? The publisher?
It's a bit disappointing and bewildering.
Also, can we Logos users ask for books to go from reader editions to research editions?

The contracts for the different kinds of editions are not the same. In previous conversations I know that some publishers / authors don't want to allow logos editions. Would you rather not have those books available, or have them in FLEB?0 -

Would you rather not have those books available, or have them in FLEB?It was never a question of wanting books. I only asked for a point of clarification.
