How can I display my slide when I’m in preaching mode. The WEB comes up with the slides on the side and the slides have a question mark stating slide advance failed?

I have not, but I heard to cost money.
Windows 11 or Samsung Galaxy Tab A7. I was thinking that Logo's preaching mode would present the slides, But I had to export the slides to power point to present them. Maybe the Logo's presenter does not have this capability.
I'm using windows 11 and Galaxy Tab A7 to present. I have Logos Pro 37.1.6. I just assume the presenter does not display the slides on another monitor so I exported the slides to Power Point and used this to present the slides while I was preaching.
The slide advance in preaching mode is designed to work with Proclaim, so if you aren’t running Proclaim it won’t do anything for you
