Prioritizing results in "All" search

Can you prioritize search results to show owned resources first and then unowned below that?

    The problem is when you run an All search the smart search synopsis may be using books that you do not own. If those were not on top of the search result, then it would be confusing. If you  want the smart synopsis using your books then you need to do a search on Books. 

    What I think you want is for Factbook cards to populate with a Book search because that is the only difference in the results that I can see other than providing summaries of books you do not own.

    If you do your search in Books then you only get responses from resources you own
