Of all the changes Logos has ever introduced, to me the most difficult to get used to (and honestly most frustrating) is the relatively recent ‘tap to highlight’ feature.
Generally when I have the impulse to touch the screen of my mobile device it is not my intention to highlight anything. My reason for touching the screen is typically either to get the menu to appear, or to scroll down/turn the page.
Needless to say, I have to cancel the highlight almost every single time it pops up. I honestly find this the most frustrating thing I have yet encountered with Logos, and it makes me reticent to use the mobile apps anymore. No other mobile reader apps that I’ve used function this way, and I find it breaks up my reading and concentration each time I try to read on it.
So, my question is, does anyone else have issues with this feature like I do? Is there any way to turn off this feature? Not trying to be negative - but it is honestly extremely frustrating each time I use it.
Thanks all.
