Two year subscription

It has been a month now since the new subscription has been out.  When are we going to be able to sign up for two year plan?  I know they have a list for those who are interested.  I would think this would be a high priority.

Are you a current subscriber that is waiting on the option? I'm not a subscriber and can select the Two Year plan - the option for two year is a check box (labeled "add an extra year") on the Annual Plan tab.

I'm assuming that he is; as for those who subscribed via early access and then were migrated over, the 2-year option had been announced but not rolled out yet. I might just call customer service/sales and see if it's possible to do it over the phone.

Interesting. Not sure what the two year subscription plan is supposed to be? When I decided to subscribe I was presented a second year for significantly reduced cost which I took. Curious if I missed a better deal by not waiting?

You got the best deal. Note: the 2nd year option may only be available the first time one subscribes. It has been communicated that the 2-year option will auto renew as a 1-year annual subscription unless canceled.

I just called CS again about this just a few days ago. They still do not have the ability to transfer us to a two year plan. By "us" I believe I mean those who subscribed early. He told me that my one year subscription was counting toward the two year plan and when they finally get it working, then I will be rolled over and get all the discounts that come with a two year plan.

The best option I've discovered so far is this. I'm posting it here in case it can help someone else too.

If you go to logos.com and click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

Scroll down to "Subscriptions" You'll see your current Annual subscription.

Click on "Change Plan or Term" → This takes you to the different Premium/Pro/Max packages.

Scroll all the way down to the FAQs and you'll see this option where you can sign up to be notified when it's available:

I'm looking forward to upgarding to the two-year option, because it will then allow me to not have to worry about buying much of anything for the better part of 2 years.

Yeah, that isn’t working for me. Every time I say this is my last major purchase, something comes along that makes me say, now that’s my next major purchase! ⚠️
