Logos used to carry it (before they became Faithlife). I have all issues from 01:01 (Vol 1, No 1; Mar 1975) to 31:06 (Nov/Dec 2005).0

I would point out that Accordance has through 2016, so it's not a matter of the BAS not allowing others to offer them.

@Donovan R. Palmer I thought we were close for a while, but no. We will keep trying though. I'm a direct subscriber to BAR (print and digital) myself, so I'd love to have everything in Logos, too.
