A20 bug: sync error - L4 mac unable to sync

A20 for some reason is repeatedly unable to sync. Previous A19 would sync, as also my current PC 4.0c .9511 version on my PC. Tried restarting A20; having both PC and Mac versions running simultaneously; one at a time; internet on/off; etc. Same results no matter what I tried to resolve this issue.

I notice on A20 the sync arrows move as normal for a time; then move in a jerking or stuttering manner, finally the sync error icon shows up. (on my PC L4 the sync arrows move normal without sync error).

Update on the sync error post: still exhibiting the strange arrow movement, but A20 is syncing - however, it always ends with a sync error symbol. (an error occurred during synchronization, click to try again)

I had this happen to me today. I am direct. I just hit the warning and the system refreshed and now seems to be ok

I am hardwired. R19 worked perfectly. R20 does not. It was broken when it installed and now a week later it is still broken.

Open each resource and scroll it and then close the resource.

King James Version" and "New Dictionary of Theology"

3) Turn
on Internet
4) Sync now.

Other things I have tried. I am using a Verizon Wired/Wireless router. I am hardwired other computers and devices are wireless.

1. Rebooted the router

2. Renewed the DHCP lease.
