Add LXX and Messianic Jewish alternative names/spellings for biblical entities in Factbook

There are often alternative names/spellings in resources based on the LXX/Vulgate (Septuagint, Douay-Rheims, Septuagint Commentary Series . . .) and in Messianic Jewish resources (Complete Jewish Bible, Tree of Life version ...). This is necessary to make it easier to find a term in Factbook when one doesn't recognize its common English form.
