Ability to create Tab Groups

Add the ability to add tab groups (NOT FOLDERS) to our work areas which can be renamed and moved to wherever. This is much like modern web browsers that allow you to add tab groups with their individual tabs inside. Upon clicking, the tabs open and you can click on each tab. Example screenshot below.
