Slides shouldn't automatically delete in Digital Bulletin

When I click delete on a slide it seems like it has assumed that I want other slides deleted and deletes them every time they occur in the Bulletin/Slideshow. This includes the Pre-service loop, the Warm-up, and the Post-service loop. They all disappear at the same time. This gets annoying having to check over the Bulletin and undelete the same slides every week and then just make sure that things I didn't click to delete are actually still there. It's almost like it learned a habit I had for a couple of weeks and then keeps repeating it. Maybe an option to reset this learned behavior? Or just to turn it off?
