Return to tap on screen to display location bar

The adoption of Youversion’s verse highlight by tap means that in order to switch resources, we now have to scroll away from where we are currently looking. It also is not something that can be turned off. It would be great to go back to the old screen tap method or at least have this as an option.

    @Andrew Hollingsworth  If you tap the top minimized toolbar, the top and bottom toolbars will reappear. You can also do a quick scroll or "flick" to show the top and bottom toolbars.
