Remove Explore Section

I would like to be able to remove the Explore section from my home page. I find it distracting to my studies. Thank you.

    Click on the Settings gear icon on the far right of the Explore section.  Deselect what you don't want to see - perhaps in your case, deselect everything, and nothing will be displayed under Explore.
