Very nice, clean layout with clearly readable fonts. Many thanks to everyone for the work involved in producing this new forum site.

I rarely post anything on the forum but I do read it every day. I like the new look. God bless.

I really like it. Already noticing several improvements from the beta. I'll hang on to my suggestions for a week or two, as some of them may already be in the process of being worked on. The potential for this site is huge. Well chosen. Well done.

In creating today's tip of the day, I ran into a couple of issues both of which I can work around but I still think should be brought to your attention.
- The one day edit limit means that I cannot go back and add a forward link to yesterday's post.
- I ran into the post length limit.
- When the footnotes are web addresses, the software deletes entries it failed to link to … as they will still be available in the .docx version, this is a silly annoyance.
- I already knew that the new forum did no better than the old forum at preserving indentation/list formatting in a copy and paste from word. As I get more familiar with the software, I'll check to see if it is easier to correct in the new software.
BTW: should I see anything that marks me as an MVP or do I get to retire my rust star hole.

@MJ. Smith I'll be sure to dig into your feedback in further detail shortly, but I wanted to say that your MVP icon is incoming—yes!

Interesting that I supposedly joined in July 2020 but have comments going back to 2010 ………

Yep, I joined 2016, but I know I posted the first day that the forums were opened after the Usenet newsgroups were closed.

If you changed your email over the course of your community membership or Logos account history, that would likely have impacted these dates as we did much triaging and consolidating of member content to make this merger a success. That's what comes to mind first; but please do let us know if you see other inconsistencies!

Looks great! Couple of things:
- I can't find a way to show all unread forum posts across all subforums (or even better all subforums I am subscribed to)
- Is there a way to mark all posts as read?
0 -
I found the solution to my first point: https://community.logos.com/discussions for all posts across all forums and https://community.logos.com/discussions?followed=true for all followed forums. But where can I filter it to only unread threads across all forums that I follow?
Haven't found a solution to my second point: to mark everything shown as read.
And one more point: I see links to "My Posts" which links to all threads I have started, but how to find all threads that I have commented on?
6 -
Where is now the place to share Personal Books?
2 -
to mark everything shown as read
Marking all content read is not yet an option; we will continuing to look into a solution there.
threads that I have commented on
Are you looking for posts that you have participated in? There is a link on homepage quick links for Participated. That sounds like what you are looking for, @Bernhard.

Personal Books would fall under Logos Bible Study Application, so right here in this category.

Yes - Participated is what I needed.
I also just noticed that there is no way to edit the quoted post. In this post I would have liked to limit the quote to the part I am actually answering.

I also just noticed that there is no way to edit the quoted post. In this post I would have liked to limit the quote to the part [Look! Something edited here!] I am actually answering. @Bernhard
Try this:
1. Copy what you want to quote:2. Type "<" in the comment box
3. Paste and edit to your heart's content.

Thank you very much. 👍️

@Jason Stone (Logos) - What throws me off in the top level listing of posts is that there is not a time and date of the most recent commenter - as illustrated below. Plus, it still shows the original poster, not the most recent commenter. I will likely get used to this, but my first glance, based on the old forums, is that I think that the thread has not been updated.

Interesting surprise when I loaded the site today. The changes will certainly take me some getting used to on the new (modern) community site.
It seems all the previous sub-forums/categories were merged into one, large group.

@Daniel NM, there are some changes but we hope you and other members will enjoy the improvements!

Watch for tags to help filter down discussions, but we have simplified navigation a great deal, yes.

@GaoLu the only disadvantage of this approach is that the person being quoted is not automatically referenced. If things remain as is, it will be a helpful practice to always use @person's name when performing a partial quote.

Keep the feedback coming, everyone! It is very helpful now that the big lift of migrating everything is done, and we are working on fine-tuning.
4 -
Two things:
When entering text into the search box, as long as something appears in the dropdown list of suggestions, the "Home" and "End" keys do not work in the search box. That's probably designed that way. But it would be great to be able to hit "Escape" to make the suggestions go away.
Also, while on my phone, but alert icon did not show up.

It is a bit of a quick readjustment, but it is a huge step forward. Well done!
3 -
There are already plans to improve this in the very near future. We're only getting started! :)

I wonder if the posts listed under the alert icon could go away after I read the thing. I understand the blue dot indicates something unread, but if I hit F5, it's interesting that the whole list isn't updated. It seems unnecessary to scroll through all the other posts that I've already read.

They just ordered you a new one, @MJ. Smith New forums, new MVP Star 💫

The one consistent problem I have when running through my notification list is the length of time it takes for the post to be marked read and removed from the list. It makes it difficult to keep track of where I am in the list and in being certain I caught everything as I still have two marked unread more than a minute after I finished the list of 7 and responded to 2.
