Why does the Questions in the Bible Dataset not cover the deuterocanonical books? In creating example searches, I discovered this hole in the data and was not happy.
No other reason than capacity at the time. I will say that lack of Deuterocanonical coverage is something we're actively addressing. We're currently close to wrapping up work on Speech-Acts found in the Deuterocanon and hope to ship that in the next couple of months. From there we will be moving onto other datasets that have gaps in coverage.

Quick question. How much of a book can you copy and paste into another place (say a google doc or an obsidian document) from a logos resource for private use? I assume there’s a percentage or fair use guideline but Googling it doesn’t show me an answer. Does Logos limit it?
I have used a Windows operating system Computer for my programs including Logos but now wish to switch to an Apple iOS computer. Can I download my Logos account and software from the Windows operating system to the new Apple?
