Does the New "Vote Up" Option Actually Move a Comment Up?
@Jason Stone (Logos) is "Vote Up" simply another way to say, "Like", or does it actually push a reply up? If it does push a reply up, I could see this as a useful way for the community to highlight and make more accessible the most helpful replies.

By you even asking that question, you may have answered our question about "Upvote" versus "Promote" — As always, I'm appreciative of your engagement in our community!

Oh, Aaron! You gave it away. Now it's gone! :) Hey, where is the sad face?

Thank you. I just tried using the forums on my Android mobile again and had a terrible time. There seems to be some serious bugs when trying to post/comment/edit. I just had to give up and move to my Windows PC.

@Aaron Hamilton I'd really like to see what you're seeing, when you have a moment.

I assumed the vote up was for feedback rather than questions.

Upvote is still available on feedback and idea suggestions, yes.

Take note of RJ's replies in your "Welcome! Please read this first." thread. That is but one example of the chaos I was dealing with. My bugs were not as orderly, however.

I could see both sides of this. As a huge fan of Reddit I love the upvote system, but for a forum dynamic I’m not sure how I would feel about it.
I like the “top comment” and “answered” dynamic, but it would get kind of confusing following a long term thread if the amount of upvotes determined the comment’s place in the thread. On the other hand, it would be convenient to not have to follow an entire thread to weed through the best answers/comments.
I can see the benefits and drawbacks of both and idk which dynamic would be better.

Well, it works great on my Apple watch (nice font size, scrolling, imagery, and so forth). I'm surprised.

So far I have had the opposite experience. Any comments, interactions and viewing on my Pixel have been excellent.

Again, I'm impressed! (Genuinely) I've never had one, but perhaps I feel an itch coming on…
I should be clear, I'm more or less very happy with the mobile experience, though there are tweaks I'd like to see (like bringing the notification bell next to the profile picture instead of in the dropdown menu. I've experienced buggy behavior only twice now after many uses, and I don't have the faintest idea what sets it off.
