Agree vs. Like
Sorry if this has already been answered. I read the welcome post and did a search and couldn't find the answer.
What is the difference between "Agree" and "Like" for posts? To me they seem the same but I'd like to make sure I'm using them correctly according to their desired purposes.
Thanks in advance.

"Like" to me is a generic positive reaction. "Agree" is more specific. If someone makes a claim or answers a question in a way that I very much agree with, I would respond with "Agree". In most cases, I would respond with "Like". If I find myself snickering or accidentally spitting out my coffee, I'll respond with "LOL".

And you can also click on more than one! So, you can like, agree, and lol at something!

Are you able to verify this claim?

Its "FLAG" that scares me. It's like looking at the bright red school fire alarm and wondering what it would feel like to pull it.

I'm fairly certain you've got to make a choice between just one …

I did it once. My driver's ed teacher knew it was me but for some inexplicable reason bailed me out. Still feel guilty.

I don't think so. If I had clickd one of those three (or insightful either) and subsequently click another, the forum software will remove my earlier reaction and leave only the recent one.

It doesn't work on here. I guess it was changed in the beta. I hadn't tried to do it since the official launch.
@Jason Stone (Logos) I think we should be able to click on more than one reaction!

I both like your comment, and agree with it.
