Navigation: Allow to alphabetically sort filters and tags

It's kind of frustrating finding a tag in the list of so many, when it's not organized alphabetically. Could the list of tags be programmed to organize alphabetically?

  Filtering by tags would be far more useful if the tags were sorted alphabetically rather than volume.

  I also find it frustrating that filters are sorted by number of hits rather than alphabetically. Not having the option to alphabetically is baffling to me.
