Getting Almost There!

Just noticed the thread list has forumite who last posted!

And the correct time too!

Thank you, Jason and Team!

Now (hoping) if we can click to a thread's last post. I think currently, it's post last read … which can be miles back. On an iPhone, it can be a chore getting to the current conversation in a thread.

But … again thank you.

Can you elaborate what it is that you're experiencing vs. what you expect to experience? I'd like to learn more here.

In the 'old' forum, clicking a thread's far-right post date/time took you to the last post. Quick.

On the new, selecting a thread can land you in the middle of the thread, or pages back, especially on older threads.

Allow clicking on the time stamp of last poster (your lastest addition)?

@Jason Stone (Logos) we reported this in another thread maybe a week or so ago, and I posted some screen shots. I’ll see if I can find it again and tag you on it m

No, I don't want it to go to the last post, I want it to go the first one that I have not seen! I always had to scroll back on the old forum, so I am glad in this forum it usually takes me at least to the vicinity of the first one that I have not read (sometimes totally off in threads that originated in the old forums).

(Sorry, I am not saying that your preference is wrong, just making sure, my side is heard as well 😉. Obviously, there are ways to have both options, although the more options exist, the more complicated and cluttered it gets… )

That makes complete sense. I think we are actually saying the same thing. Last post for the specific user is what we need to see.

All I can say, is I just clicked on the Passion Translation thread, and landed in 2018. So, some sort of click to most recent. If it's by user, there needs to be common sense .. the user's last can be years ago.

Again … clicked on the 'Interesting Link' thread and began in 2016. This is how folks comment to old threads accidentally.

Search for my name, Jason, as I started it. I have no idea how to append it to this string, or I would.

Thanks for this! I noticed it, too, sometime yesterday.
